“Leah has been a constant in my recovery journey. She creates a safe, nonjudgmental space that I actually look forward to our sessions. When I've had setbacks, She helped me rebuild trust with my body when I didn't think that was possible. I genuinely don't think I'd be where I am today without her support. If you're in ED-recovery and need a dietitian who truly gets it, Leah is your person”

About Leah Dambacher

This provider is not licensed in the state of TX Hi there! I’m Leah, and I’m here to help you reconnect with food in a way that feels calmer, more intuitive, and - dare I say it - a little less stressful. I love supporting people in building a healthier relationship with food while also supporting your energy, performance, and overall well-being. I’ve spent time working in eating disorder treatment centers, as well as working with high school, collegiate, professional, and recreational athletes, combining real-world experience with research-backed nutrition strategies. That means whether you’re focused on recovery, balancing performance goals, or just trying to stop thinking about food every five minutes, I can help you get there - without judgment, pressure, or complicated “rules” to follow. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and tailored to you. We’ll work together to ditch rigid food rules, rebuild trust with your body, and create nutrition strategies that actually fit your life. I want you to leave our sessions feeling empowered, confident, and maybe even a little excited about food again. If you’re ready to make peace with food, reclaim your energy, and have a little fun along the way, I can’t wait to meet you!
