“This office is very clean and the staff are friendly and professional. The assistant was professional, introduced herself and asked what I was being seen for and clearly explained what would happen during the examination. About Leah Finch
Leah Finch, MSPAS, PA-C, completed her undergraduate degree in health science with a minor in biology from Sacred Heart University. After participating in a medical mission trip to Haiti in 2014, her drive to provide compassionate care was solidified.
Leah went on to earn her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Saint Joseph. While at USJ, she was a member of the Student Academy for Physician Assistants Advocacy and Policy Committee, where she worked to create awareness and spark conversation around social determinants of health.
Prior to attending graduate school, Leah was a medical assistant here at Connecticut Dermatology Group. While working in our office, she developed a passion for providing dermatologic care across the lifespan. Leah is a board-certified physician assistant whose special interests include the treatment of acne, eczema, surgical dermatology, and skin cancer detection.
Leah is a Milford, CT native who, when not in the office, enjoys taking walks along the Connecticut shoreline and collecting Connecticut sea glass.
