Hi y'all! I'm Leah and I bleed the orange and white of my University of Tennessee alma mater, where I earned my Master’s in Nutrition Science, while living in the land of Clemson’s orange and purple. Life has taken me from one end of this country and back again, but my love for nutrition has never changed—even when my job title did! I love working with clients to achieve a healthy relationship with food and nutrition and reach goals focused on health and wellbeing. I can't wait to work together.

Feel she truly wants to help me get healed up. Such good advice and eating/snacking tips that work. She definitely takes the time to ask me questions on how I feel and she responds with positive instructions. She's the best! Nourish is blessed to have her working with them.
