She didn’t even ask for an ROI for my medication list from my previous provider and cut my meds by more than half. I’m legally disabled and I CANNOT FUNCTION without medication. What’s worse is I have a NEWBORN and absolutely NO HELP available for them - I was told to get a new provider, and I did while I was moving. Which created a situation where I was flagged by the pharmacy. All of this happened because no one at Life Stance had the right information that is a normal part of medical practice to help me. It felt very much like I was being treated like I was trying to abuse the system and she flat out didn’t want to help me and I was just a mess to watch.
