Hi! I'm Leanne, and I am passionate about helping people manage mental health issues through medications, diet, exercise, and self-care. I hold a Master's in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Walden University, which equips me to provide comprehensive care.
I believe it is important to incorporate a holistic approach for the best outcomes. Regardless of the issue-anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or PTSD-the WHOLE person must be treated.
I can help you overcome and better manage your symptoms while improving your quality of life. Seeking help can be scary, but you're making the right choice. You deserve to be the best version of yourself.
In our sessions together, I will assess your symptoms and make evidence-based recommendations to improve your life. I am looking forward to meeting you!
What should a new client know about working with you?
You can expect a full clinical assessment of your symptoms, to support old diagnoses or reveal new ones. We will discuss medication options, dietary changes, and self-care to assist in alleviation of symptoms. It is important to note that I do not offer therapy via telehealth.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
