Great doctor, clean office, decent to none wait time. Front desk could be better. First time I tried to switch my appointment time with my family member’s appointment time and they just gave away one of the appointments to someone else as I’m on the phone with representative. I was waiting for this spot over a month! Instead of fixing the situation, I was just rudely answered that «there is nothing they could» do and rescheduled for another MONTH.

Thank you for Dr Kaplowitz. He listened to my concerns.. run test before he discussed the problem with me. He did not assume what the problem was and actually run test to determine the problem. He explained to me what my options were and reffed me to the appropriate provider. Dr Kaplowitz was great and fount my ENT provider.
