The office happens to be a clinic which I was unaware of I walked in the place was jammed packed no place to sit down and there's several different practices in one office. I brought in my MRI disc as well as my report from the radiologist I was trying to explain to the doctor what is going on with me what I feel my issues are because I'm the one who's been dealing with this for the last 9 years he did not care to listen to what I had to say everything was rushed I just feel that he needs to have better bedside manner. I am a person who has worked in the medical field for over 30 plus years I know how the system works I am aware doctors do not run on time but it seems like lately the doctors don't care to listen to their patients or what their problems or needs are everything is rushed and they want to do it their way. I am a patient who traveled 12 hours from upstate New York to come to Brooklyn to see him for him to not care about anything I was trying to say or explain horrible

The provider was brisk, but had a keen attention to detail and offered a prescription for physical therapy as well as in office services to immediately ameliorate the pain from my injury. He was conscientious and explained in detail the manner of services I would be receiving using new modalities / technology. There was an intern present in my consultation and I was not asked for consent surrounding this but otherwise all was well and as expected. The office is very busy presumably because these are satisfied and returning patients. Pain management can feel like a dead end, but these services gave me hope and left me feeling relief from a condition I’d be in for months. Thank you !

I unexpectedly saw Dr. Henry Sardar instead who is the lead doctor for Pain Management Clinic and he is wonderful. The office is big and love that he is apart of Ahava medical because I can see all specialists in the same building. There isn't much of a wait to see him because the team is efficient. I came for back pain and immediately was given a treatment and I can't believe the difference. They use high tech machines that typically are used to treat professional athletes. I love that they really listen to you and have wonderful bedside manner. From receptionist to assistants and doctors, everyone is so kind and helpful. Thank you Dr. Sardar!
