I am a trauma-informed therapist, trained in EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Philadelphia University and Thomas Jefferson University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University. I work with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, ADHD, dating, trauma, and relationship issues.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a systemic therapist, meaning, I view you as more than just an individual, but rather a product of the environment you grew up in. This helps me understand what made you who you are today, and what we can do to help you heal.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We tailor our sessions to fit each individual's needs. In our first session, we go over our policies, the process of therapy, and we focus on learning more about you and who you are as a person. We work collaboratively with you to find goals that align with what you're looking for to get out of therapy, and always make sure to meet you where you're at.

We are an out-of-network provider, though in some cases you may be eligible to use your out-of-network insurance benefits for our sessions. If needed, we are able to provide you with a superbill, which you will be able to submit to your insurance provider. You are responsible to pay the full fee at the time of session.
