Many people come to me because they know something has changed, they're feeling more anxious, exhausted, mentally foggy, gaining weight despite their best efforts, struggling with sleep, or simply don't feel like themselves anymore. These symptoms are often connected, and my goal is to help you uncover the underlying causes rather than simply treating individual symptoms. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adults across the lifespan, with a special interest in helping women navigate hormonal transitions such as perimenopause and menopause. I understand how hormonal changes can affect mood, energy, focus, sleep, metabolism, and overall quality of life. I also provide hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for both women and men when clinically appropriate, integrating hormone optimization with mental health care to help patients feel like themselves again. My approach is holistic, personalized, and collaborative. I take the time to listen, understand your concerns, and develop an individualized treatment plan that addresses the whole person. Depending on your needs, this may include psychiatric medication management, hormone replacement therapy, lifestyle modifications, nutrition and wellness counseling, and education to support long-term health and well-being. While many of my patients are women between the ages of 35 and 55 experiencing hormonal changes, I also welcome men and adults of all ages seeking care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, stress, weight concerns, and other mental health or hormone-related conditions. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we'll work toward restoring balance, improving your mental and physical well-being, and helping you live with greater energy, clarity, confidence, and vitality.
