Leigh is absolutely fantastic. Very easy to talk to, zero judgment (I test that), she's friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable as a new patient and I'm happy to have her as my new PCP. She gets right down to business and asks for the facts, but I was thrilled to find out she has a great sense of humor as well. She asks lots of questions, but you can tell she's listening to each answer because of her follow ups and side conversations, she's not just checking a box on a flowchart. Scheduling labs was a breeze, there was no wait to get labwork done, and the lab is about 10 steps from the main office. Labs go directly to myChart when results are available, and she'll only call in the event that follow up is needed. Otherwise "no news is good news" which is how I prefer it. Couldn't have been any smoother.
