The provider was polite but was not able to assist me. I was still billed for a full session of which I did not receive. The provider informed me after my payment was processed that she did not provide the type of services I was interested in. Stating that she tried to confirm my need and reason for the appoint but wasn't able to reach me. She informed me that she had already been charged and did not know how to process a refund because she would be at a loss either way. I recommend posting the correct services in the profile as the ones listed did not match this provider.
