I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 18 years of nutrition counseling experience. I have done many different things throughout my career, and all my experiences have led me to where I feel I can truly thrive and help others - the most rewarding experience of all! I specialize in working with clients looking to improve their gut health, weight management, chronic disease, disordered eating, women's health, and general health and wellness. I believe in partnering with and empowering my clients to live fuller, healthier lives. I work with them to set goals that are realistic, personalized, and will ensure their sustained success. We are in this together and I love being there for my clients on their health journeys!I will always take the time to listen and truly understand the depth of what has worked for you in the past and what has not.
