The front desk receptionist at Dr. Pazon’s office is always kind. She checked in with me after my son’s appointment as I was completing a questionnaire in the waiting room, which I thought was very attentive.

Dr Paxton was very pleasant informed and gave me advice and follow up directions as well as told me if I had any other issue to follow up care with a DDS if my issue continued . He also let me know he had been speaking to my dr and discussing my care and treatment plan. I would see DR Paxton again if Dr Ko wasn’t available.

Was sent to the second floor to see Hoffman Estates PSC for labs. This provider only had 1 lab tech with 15 patients waiting. It took me 1:20 minutes to get labs done. With this my annual wellness test that usually took 30-40 minutes in the past wound up taking 2 hours. Never had this problem when labs were done in the Doctors office. I’ve already started the search for a new medical group/doctor. Feel that every time St.Alexius gets sold the customer service just gets worse and worse. You can look at the hundred of online reviews to see nothing has chat with all the complaints and the rating sits at a dismal 2.5 out of 5. There is absolutely NO reason at wellness test should take 2 hours including labs.

I think Dr. Pazon is affable, competent, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable with him and he is prepared and up-to-date with my tests, procedures and medical situation. I''ve had other doctors who you can tell that they haven''t even read the charts or latest info and they do it atyour appointment.

Staff: polite and respectful. They are thorough with checking patients in, and physically checking IDs INS. Pre screening Nurse is good at bringing you up to date and ask follow up questions about your condition at the moment, and why you’re there to see the Doctor.
I saw doctor Leo Pazon the first time yesterday June 6, 2023 and I'm very pleased with his service also the respect he showed me. His assistant is nice also. I can't say the same thing about the clerks, I'm referring to the person who answered the phone and put the on hold and after 1 hour waiting for her to come back to the phone, I hung up because she didn't care about me, just horrible. Maybe she listened to the message I left earlier that nobody ever answer the phone or call back but that's the truth. I never experienced such an awful service. The lady who check you in is nice. But another 2 older ladies there don't seem to care to answer the phone at all.

For my annual physical check-up, my daughter set me up an appointment at Alexian Brothers Medical Group. My first visit to this clinic. She picked Dr. Leo Pazon from the roster of doctors. He communicate with empathy. You can feel his compassion towards his patient. I can articulate my concerns accurately because we speak the same tongue (Tagalog). He browse through my medical history and suggest necessary procedure/s to have a clear view of my condition for proper evaluation. The nurse was very nice and gave warm welcome, she explained the process clearly from start till final instruction, further, she took my vitals joyfully. I gave them my full trust and confidence.
