“I immediately noticed how clean it was and how the employees greeted you with a good morning or hello! The attending receptionist was polite, very friendly, and knowledgeable. Also she was very patient while helping to assist in changing my primary care doctor. She even helped me to set up the My Chart account. Now I will be able to make appointments visits. Everyone gave great eye contact when talking with you. They were very professional in helping make sure that all your medical concerns were addressed. The medical personnel who withdrew my blood was very understanding, kind and sensitive to the fact I was very apprehensive about having my blood drawn. My doctor was thorough in scheduling all necessary procedures I needed done. Overall I was very satisfied with the outcome of my visit. They were fast and efficient. It was my first doctors visit since I moved from California to New Jersey. I plan on bringing my granddaughter to be seen at this facility. I would recommend you come.”

She completed her Family Practice Residency from 1996 to 1999 at UMDNJ at St. Mary Hospital in Hoboken, NJ. She has 25 years of experience working at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Jersey City, NJ, and sees patients 19 years of age and older.
Dr. Ramos believes that showing empathy is very important in our day-to-day interaction with patients, and that educating patients and empowering them to take control of their own health is also very important.
