Dr. Bolona is a compassionate bilingual psychiatrist, in private practice in Westfield, New Jersey and serves as a consulting psychiatrist for several local school districts.
He is Board Certified by the American Academy of Psychiatry and Neurology, in both General and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry. He earned his medical degree from the Universidad Catolica Santiago of Guayaquil, Ecuador and completed his General Psychiatry Residency, and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center. While there he was contracted to teach medical students and psychiatry residents on various topics related to child and adolescent psychiatry.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Currently Dr. Bolona is focused on TMS and Spravato treatments. He looks for not only medication and therapy to help a patients mental health but alternatives ways if needed.
We will set up a 15 minute consultation about TMS or Spravato if that is what a patient is looking for

Dr. Bolona spends time with you and you don't feel rushed. He really cares about patient's well - being. His secretary Fatu is wonderful. She really is on top of things whether its a return phone call, email, or relay information to doctor.
