Dr Rama is the consummate professional. She is knowledgeable, listens to what I have to say and has a wonderfully compassionate attitude. I have seen many gynecologists in my life and Dr Rama is the best. And her office is so well run. Regina is friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Although the wait time was short I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. I had to call to check on the results myself. After I finally got intouch with Dr. Labot-Rama she barely explained any findings and when I had questions she gave me an attitude back and told me she had patients and could not waste her time on the phone.

I would definitely not recommend going here!! I am not picky at all when it comes to doctors because I personally feel like they’re all pretty knowledgeable but this experience was awful. First off, I waited about 45 min in the waiting room which made no sense because there was no one else waiting. Second, this place was so run down and gross. I actually considered leaving when I first got there because it’s never settling if you see a doctors office that doesn’t seem clean, especially when it’s a Gyno. Lastly, I was told it would take one week to get back lab results which I already thought was ridiculous BUT then I didn’t get results back until 2 weeks later. They never called me to let me know things were running late, I had to keep contacting them to see if my results were in and the receptionist kept telling me that she would have the doctor call me if I had concerns and never heard from the doctor. So it was just obvious she just wanted me to stop calling. I’ve never had to wait 2 weeks before in my entire life. Last time I went to a Gyno they had results the NEXT DAY! I’m sorry but when you go in concerned that you have a problem and they make you wait 2 weeks it’s ridiculous. I don’t get how you can make patients wait that long for results. What if the issue was extremely serious and you just put off your patients needs, and won’t even get on the phone with them to make them feel more at ease. So all in all I would definitely not recommend ever going here!!!

Leovina was very brief in my initial encounter with her. As a 32 yr old woman in a long term committed relationship who is on birth control - this woman chastised me for not being married and choosing not to use condoms. She also second guessed my answer to her question "have you ever been pregnant" which was no but that answer must of surprised her because she asked me twice more right after the initial question. She is old school, judgemental and likely out of touch with patients who are younger than 50. Her office has a lot of informational posters and brochures on menopause. Makes me wonder if her general patient population skews older. Never seeing her again. I felt awful upon leaving her space. Not the feeling you want when someone is in your most private space.

My appointment had been cancelled for some reason without notifying me, but the receptionist still seemed willing to squeeze me in. I had to re-fill out all of the paperwork I had already provided via zocdoc. As for Dr. Ram; I felt like she didn't provide me adequate information about my visit, what she was doing, etc. She asked me a few standard questions, did the exam, and then gave me little information afterward. She also left the door open after asking me to get dressed so that I had to hobble to close it as to not be exposed.

Some of the other reviews are true. She isn't the friendliest but she gets to the point. If you're looking for someone to hold your hand througout the process then she is not the gyno for you.
She doesn't explain what she is doing as she does it which is a little uncomfortable but she explains it after.

This was probably the most uncomfortable appointment I've ever had in my life. Dr Labot-Rama felt so impersonable. It was just overall an uncomfortable experience and complete waste of my time. Though front desk staff very accommodating and friendly. Terrible.

I love Dr. Rama. She has been my doctor for 8 years - I haven't been to her in awhile because she didn't take the insurance my company was offering so when I enrolled in BCBS I was happy to go back to her.

The wait time was too long. She allow a patient that was running late to be seen at another patients time. This delayed everyone by 45 minutes. I think the patient should have been reschedule or told she has to wait for an opening.
However, As a doctor she was great! Very kind, and made you feel at ease.
The facility itself can use a little touch up, seems a little neglected. A little paint on the ceiling would help.
