She was very dismissive, and I felt like she didn’t actually give the time to listen to my concerns and actually look into what was wrong. She just recommended I get a second opinion and that was it. She was in the room for maybe 7 minutes total.

I had a very good time here. I felt very heard and seen. It’s definitely a well oiled machine here, so I was in and out which was perfect for me, but might not be someone’s else’s preference.

I always dread GYN appointments because I have vaginismus and often cannot tolerate basic vaginal exams. I’m glad that Dr. Branch and her staff were very considerate of my condition. She was kind enough to allow me to collect the vaginal samples myself and gave me ample time to actually use the cotton swab. The office is nice and the front desk staff is friendly as well.

Dr. Ashton is easily one of the best providers I have ever seen. She listens, makes time for you in your visit, and validates your questions. I never feel rushed during my visits with her and she provides guidance that is easy to understand and helpful; she goes beyond standard medical talk and puts it in a format that is relatable and eased my concerns. Could not recommend her enough.

i asked for an extra full panel testing on the required urine sample based on unpleasant symptoms i had been experiencing every few weeks for the past year and the doctor said that it was unnecessary. my friend recommended me the same company since we were having the same issues, but we had different doctors. her doctor signed off for running the tests anyways, and they were able to figure out the problem. i will be trying a different doctor because her “tips” for moving forward were pretty unhelpful. also, i appreciate a warning when a gyno inserts anything during pap smear and other tests, but she only gave me a warning half the time. do not recommend. i think company/chain overall is great though.

Office is nice and doctor is polite. But she’s not very patient or warm. Didn’t really provide necessary context and in-depth information for me to make an informed decision. Just makes me feel she’s busy and ready to move on to the next patient.

Initially I was annoyed because I waited 40 minutes before I was called to see the doctor. Apparently, there was some unusual activity that caused the long delay. However, once I met with Dr. Branch she was well worth the wait. She has a great bedside manner, was knowledgeable and thorough in her examination and she listened. She did not rush the exam and did not rush me with my numerous questions. My sisters are also looking for a GYN as our doctor recently retired. I am pleased to report to them that Dr. Branch checked all the boxes with flying colors. I selected her because she had great reviews. I now have firsthand experience and can attest to the veracity of the reviews.

I set the appointment for 9:40am, the office called and asked if I could switch it to 8:40am. I showed up at 8:40am and didn't get called into the exam room until 10:10am. My appointment was completed at 10:25am. The doctor apologized and stated that she didn't realize how late she was running to work until she looked at her clock at 8:50am. The exam itself was fine but I've never had to wait so long in the reception area for an appointment before.
