Dr. Sanders did not return phone calls, no-showed on my first appointment, had problems scheduling through zocdocs, canceled several subsequent appointments, and recommended supplements (which I believe she may have gotten a commission on) to treat ADHD. After months of frustration, I ended up finding a psychologist with whom I could finally schedule appointments.
Dr. Sanders is great! As are the office/building staff. It's reassuring to get an honest professional opinion, especially from someone who listens and takes into account the whole body/mind/etc.
Not very interactive and didn't say much in the appointment, which isn't necessarily bad but not what I was expecting. What really bothered me was that she checked her phone several times throughout the appointment. She also charges what I feel to be an excessive amount even for a top notch therapist. Even with my insurance I ended up paying way too much, considering she didn't do much. I neglected my bill for a couple weeks and she just charged my credit card without asking me, and when I called her with questions about the bill she ended up arguing with me and yelling at me over the phone. Just unprofessional all around.
Of my past psychologist Dr. Sandwrs is by far my favorite.
I had to change a few psychologist because I didn't feel like they were helping at all and I found ms sanders on zocdoc and I'm glad I did she is the best.
caring, compassionate, great manner with young kids
She was very kind, but in some ways her responses felt as empty as when I try to discuss serious matters with someone who is thinking about other things. No negative things directly to say about her. This just was not a fit for me.
Dr. Sanders was fantasric . She is very knowledgeable and solution focused in her approach. Most importantly, my daughter really felt at ease with her. She opened up, even though that us difficult for her. Highly recommend!
Great doctor! Listens, is a nice person, very knowledgeable and highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.
Best I've ever seen.
