What should a new client know about working with you?

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions I draw from evidence-based approaches—including cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based, attachment-focused, and trauma-informed practices—to create a supportive, affirming space where your story is seen and respected. This can look like learning to reframe unhelpful thoughts, practicing grounding and nervous-system regulation, building mindful awareness of triggers, and developing self-compassion. We’ll set clear goals together, move at a pace that feels right, and check in regularly about what’s working so you always feel in charge of your healing process.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During the first session we will get to know each other, and discover the things you want to address in therapy. There will be paperwork and I will answer any qestions you have regarding therapy and set goals you want to achieve in therapy. And we will begin to establish a rapport creating a safe space for you to share openly.
