What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I work from a systemic and relational perspective, integrating Strategic and Structural family therapy, Solution-Focused approaches, and Narrative therapy. This allows us to explore patterns within relationships, strengthen communication, and create meaningful change. I support clients in developing insight, emotional regulation, and practical tools they can apply in daily life. Cognitive-behavioral strategies may be incorporated when helpful, but therapy is always guided by what best supports the client’s growth and healing. I value authenticity, curiosity, and balance, and I believe therapy can be both reflective and empowering.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session is a space for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I take time to understand your goals, strengths, challenges, and the relational or emotional patterns you may be navigating. Together, we’ll begin identifying what support looks like for you and what you hope to gain from therapy. Ongoing sessions are collaborative and focused, balancing reflection with practical strategies. Depending on your needs, sessions may include exploring relationship dynamics, strengthening communication, processing emotions, and developing coping tools to support everyday life. Therapy moves at a pace that feels comfortable and respectful, with the goal of helping you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered over time.
