This was a first time visit. She, and the nurse who did the CT scan, gave me plenty of time, asked questions, listened to my description of symptoms, and explained clearly without seeming rushed. The medicine prescribed seemed to make a difference within a day, so it seems right. I've rarely needed this specialty before but if I do again, I'd be happy to start here.

Leslie Fincher is wonderful. I've never had a more validating and supportive experience at a doctors appointment. Leslie and all the staff were kind and supportive, listened and did their due diligence to look into and address the breathing issues I've been ? experiencing. They explained everything and answered all my questions without an ounce of condescension, judgment or hesitation (which unfortunately in my experience is an anomaly). Everyone was friendly and professional, efficient and so helpful. Highly recommend this office.

I saw a provider named Lukas, not Leslie who I selected. Based on the reviews, it seems pretty common not to be scheduled with the person you select, which I do think is an issue. Other than that, I actually had a really great experience with Lukas, the nurses, front desk staff, and the doctor who eventually did a small procedure on my nose. They explained everything in detail, often before I even thought of asking a question, and accurately described what I would feel during and after the procedure so there were no surprises. They also patiently dealt with my insurance playing games the day before my procedure and fielded several calls from myself, the insurer, and the pharmacist about it. Can't recommend this practice enough. If you find they didn't schedule you with the provider you picked, try to trust the process. It worked out really well for me.

When I visited Capital Breath Center, the office environment and the front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly. In a short time, I was taken to the room, and Jennifer, the assistant, came to came. She was amazing and professional. After a few necessary steps, I met Dr. Lauren Campbell. My diagnosis, exam, and overall consultation went smoothly, professionally, and in a friendly manner. She educated me about my concerns and provided a lot of valuable information. I can’t wait to see her again and start my treatment procedure!

The provider, Leslie Fincher, was very professional, friendly, and answered all my questions in an informed way. I would say all staff were friendly and the facility clean and modern. One minor thing I wish was different was if I could fill out the first-time patient paperwork ahead of the appointment. When I came in I had to spend 10-15 minutes filling out the information on a tablet. I feel it would be more convenient to receive an email to fill out this information after I book the appointment, before I come in.
