Getting to know Leticia Meighan
Hi, I'm Leticia. Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, having difficulty sleeping, feeling sad and anxious every day, and unable to control those feelings? Are you having trouble focusing and staying on task? You are not alone. Many people feel just like you do, and I encourage you to take the first step by scheduling an appointment with me to help figure things out. I provide a very open and relaxed setting where you can feel safe to express yourself freely and share as much or as little as you would like. All our meetings are confidential and private. Together, we can create a plan using medication management and/or therapy to help improve your quality of life. I hold a Master’s degree in Family Nursing from Barry University, which equips me to support you with comprehensive care tailored to your needs.
What should a new client know about working with you?
After our first meeting, we will create a plan that is therapeutic and works for you. We will also discuss the risks and benefits of medications. we will evaluate your response to treatment in two weeks. If you are doing well or we need to make adjustments in medication, then we will do that in this appointment. We will meet two weeks after the first visit, then monthly for follow ups and medication management. I will also recommend therapy if needed, however, this will be evaluated at our first meeting. You are ultimately in charge of your mental health and my job is to guide you in the right direction and make recommendations to help you improve your quality of life overall. This is a team effort.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I really enjoyed this appointment. Leticia was sweet, personable, and compassionate. She stayed with me for a full hour and asked important questions. She suggested a few medications we could try and was not pushy with anything. The appointment started the second I hit start on my screen. i would 100% recommend her and am looking forward to our next appointment next week.
