“Dr. Lia was great, efficient and clear. Would gladly see her again.
It seemed there was a lot of behind-the-scenes disorganization within the office. I arrived early and was seen 30 min after my appointment time. Once I was finally led to a room and I had changed into my gown, a PA and another doctor from the practice continued working and using a piece of equipment in the room I was assigned to as if I were not present. Though they apologized for the inconvenience, they did not acknowledge that they were running late or attempt to get me in and out efficiently. (I was scheduled for a skin screening which took all of 5 minutes.)
I did not feel that my time was respected, enough so that it would deter me from visiting this practice again. ”

Dr.T was not helpful, she didn’t give much input and did not recommend tests. She was quiet and doesn’t seem passionate and wanted to push Dr.Gross products

The dermatologists office was great. The receptionists were really personable and the office was clean. I don’t think the PA was familiar with dark/black skin. She wasn’t able to help me and didn’t say anything definitive. I had to make another appointment after leaving.

I did not find her very helpful, and I felt she barely actually assessed my skin. Never even stepped next to me to look. Also was not timely on getting my prescription approved.

Lia just does everything perfectly. She makes you feel comfortable and is very thorough in her explanations of options for treatment. I personally would go out of my way to be treated by Lia. Professional and personable and very knowledgeable!

Lia Trojansky is both patient and very thorough. She is ready to answer any questions you have, even when you may have asked it many times already. More specifically, she helped me arrive at a correct diagnosis that many practitioners before her bypassed. Once the diagnoses was made, she employed the practices of inter-professional collaboration in order to ensure that all parties arrived at the best treatment plan for me. Her multidisciplinary approach is what made me feel very confident and satisfied with the work that Lia does. Thanks again to Lia, she’s awesome.
