About Dr. Lien Van
Dr. Van is a graduate of the Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine and completed a three year surgical residency in Grand Blanc, MI, where she served as Chief Resident. She is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
During that time Dr. Van received extensive training in elective foot and ankle surgery and diabetic foot care. She also received advanced training in reconstructive surgery, dermatology, & arthroscopy of the foot & ankle.
Dr. Van is fluent in Vietnamese. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and three children.

I am extremely angry and frustrated. I scheduled an appointment online and arrived on time, even a few minutes early, only to find the door locked. I spent 10 minutes on the phone before someone answered, just to tell me they were closing at 12:00 today—even though the sign on the door says they are open until 2:30 p.m.
?No one notified me of the schedule change. I am currently unable to work due to severe foot pain; I don't have a car and walking is incredibly difficult for me, so getting there was a huge struggle. To make matters worse, as I left, I got caught in a wind and rain storm and had to walk three blocks crying from the pain and helplessness. This place shows zero respect or empathy for their patients. It was my first appointment, and I will never go back. I do not recommend them at all.

Dr Van was very thorough. I had been to several Podiatrist before without the positive results, I I received and service from Dr. Van. She was patient and a very good listener. Dr. Van, also had a very calming and understanding demeanor about her.
Dr. Van’s input is what I believe was exceptional there are more positive issues as far as results on my next visit. I’m pretty sure of that, and Yes! I would recommend Dr. Van. for her professional service and guidance..

Hidden gem of a doctor. This was my first trip to a podiatrist, so I did not know what to expect. Her professional bedside manner put me at ease and made it easy to understand my treatment options. In my case there were many options for treatment, and she was an excellent guide through them.
You can tell that she has. a very high level of professional interest in her work. I like to know more about my doctor's experiences of their practice, and she was happy to share what it was like working in podiatry.
I selected a slightly conservative option for treatment. By the time we were done, I was looking forward to booking a follow-up for a progress check.

Dr. Van is not only young, pretty, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable, she also has the best bedside manner thus far. I was looking for another podiatrist in my area because the former was no longer practicing and I decided to consult her. I think I've found a gem and will stick to her from now on. I even referred my friends to her. She explained to me our treatment plan well. The office staff is friendly as well. Highly recommended!

I’ve never been to a podiatrist. And being born flat footed I knew it was time for me to see what was going on in adulthood. Dr Van and the team were friendly and so informative ! Excited to continue receiving treatment , I got a clear understanding of my much needed foot diagnosis and treatment !
