I scheduled my video call for yesterday for 6pm and the directions in the email I received says that my appointment was confirmed by the provider and the provider will contact me shortly for further instructions for the video call. I thought maybe she was just really but I nearly waited all evening for nothing. So I looked her office up online and it says her office is closed on the weekends. So I’m assuming that not all doctors on this app is available when it claims they are available which isn’t reliable and very misleading. I don’t think I’ll be using this app anymore since this is the 3rd time this has happened.

I thought the provider was very reasonable. She didn’t have to take my call as I booked like right before her closing time she still came through for me and she listened to me as well as my previous history, and how I function I would recommend her for her willingness, effort, and professionalism.

Dr.lillian was great!!!! Communication was excellent spent time getting to know me including my past present and future. Carefully reviewed all my past and current medical diagnosis and came up with a medical plan that gives me the best possible quality of life. She was super in listening and accepting of my opinions and let me ramble on for quite some time. I highly recommend Dr.lillian for your medical needs/medication management and if I’m quite honest a very professional but friend worthy doctor. I look forward to my doctor appointments with DR.lillian to express my improvement in everyday life activities. Highly recommended 10 stars!!!!
