“Went in for my annual physical. It was very good, clean and the providers were very respectful, kind and helpful. However, only had one issue and it was when one of my tests was done i was told the Dr would come in to review my results and i was waiting in the room for a whole hour just so she could come in and say everything was good. Overall good experience would definitely recommend.”

About Lily Grobman
Lily Grobman is a Physician Assistant and has been working with patients at Yaffe Ruden & Associates since 2014. She received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland and earned her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the Pace University-Lenox Hill Hospital Physician Assistant Program. Lily now serves as a Preceptor for Pace University Physician Assistant students.
Lily enjoys forming strong connections with her patients and developing long-term relationships to provide medical guidance through any difficult situations that arise.
She has been able to use her background in psychology while working with patients struggling with anxiety and depression. Lily has worked extensively with young millennials living in New York City to maintain a healthy lifestyle, with a focus on nutrition, exercise, and sexual health. Through this practice, Lily has become a favorite among members of the LGBT community.
Lily grew up in Miami Beach, Florida. She has many hobbies, including traveling, exploring new restaurants (ask her favorite!), spending time with family and friends, and going to basketball games.

I'm surprised by all the positive reviews. I thought Lily talked more than listened, jumped to some conclusions, and I didn't get to express all of my concerns because she frequently interrupted me. I like the office but wouldn't go back to this provider.

I will definitely be returning to this clinic. As a Canadian, I was nervous about navigating this system, but this office was warm, friendly, and Dr Lily was just professional, efficient, helped me understand all the steps, and the nurses and receptionists were all really nice and supportive. Lily was truly phenomenal. I came in severely distraught after a bought of difficult to contain panic attacks, and she was so calming, reassuring, easy to talk to, and just… normal. It was a wonderful experience, all things considered, and I’ll be returning to see Lily as my regular medical provider in the future.

She still provides the personal touch the practice originally had
The mom system has become too cold and corporate and many patients I referred have left the practice for that reason

I can't recommend Lily Grobman enough! She was incredibly patient and thorough while addressing all my concerns. She was a great listener and 100% non-judgmental, which I really appreciated it. The office was also great overall and has in-house specialists which is really convenient.

PA Grobman, is as knowledgable as she is kind. She provided excellent bedside manner and made sure to be thorough and thoughtful about my care. I do want to note that though I deeply appreciate all she did for me and I look forward to seeing her again, she did not feel comfortable prescribing any medication for anxiety, which was the initial purpose of my visit. We worked through my many other physiological issues and she gave me some resources to find a psychiatrist.

I was initially very nervous walking into this office as some of the reviews out there aren't so kind. However, I was absolutely blown away by the level of care and kindness displayed not only by Lily Grobman but everyone else in the practice as well. Every person I encountered seemed to love doing their job and really put the patient first. Aida in the lab even went as far as to completely soothe me of my nerves surrounding needles during the blood draw. I'll definitely be back when the need arises

Truly an awful experience. She doesn’t have the ethics a doctor should have: to help people. Instead, she comes off shallow demanding you to take tests that you should not have to take so she can up charge and bill your insurance. Unlike other doctors, she’s more concerned for her interests: profit, than patient’s interests: genuine help and care. In addition, she would cut me off when I spoke and was shockingly dismissive and rude. I’ve never written a poor review but I needed to write this to forewarn future patients as I was surprised to have such a unsettling experience.

This does need to be published -- I just want to express some coaching points from our experience. I think Lily was very passionate, eager to provide service, and was truly well-intentioned. However, her passion and eagerness could be easily perceived as overbearing, since she was easy to jump to conclusions and a diagnosis without truly fully listening to us. My mother does not speak great English so I went with her to translate. I can say for certain that if I had not been there, my mom would have not been able to fully express her symptoms and give Lily a relevant history. I had to "slow her down" multiple times.
I hope that this is helpful for future patients!

I think Dr. Lily is great! She's very attentive and helpful in answering any questions that I have. The visit was quick but I didn't feel rushed at all. The wait time was a little over 30 mins but I think they were a bit behind schedule that day because that isn't typically my experience there.
