I'm a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 25 years of psychiatric experience and a Master’s degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Walden University. I specialize in medication management, therapy for children, adolescents, adults, family therapy, and holistic approaches to mental well-being. I treat conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, and depression, using evidence-based techniques and personalized solutions tailored to each individual’s needs.
I take a holistic approach, addressing the mind, body, and spirit to foster healing. Together, we will create a customized treatment plan that integrates therapy and medication management when necessary. Whether helping a child build coping skills, guiding a teen through challenges, supporting an adult with anxiety or depression, or improving family communication, my goal is to empower clients in their mental health journey.

She was kind and listened but wanted to take me off of the medication that was actually helping my anxiety and would not consider switching to a medication I’ve been on in the past that reallly helped my condition more than any other. I tried telling her but she didn’t want to hear it.
