About Dr. Linda Loffredo

Philosophy of Care Family medicine gives me the unique opportunity to care for individuals and families throughout their lives and across generations. I enjoy caring for young families, promoting healthy lifestyles, and putting preventive medicine into practice. I also take satisfaction in helping patients learn about, treat, and live successfully with the medical conditions that develop over their lifespan. Why I Entered Medicine I enjoy the intellectual challenge of medicine and the opportunity that family medicine offers to be a health advocate for individual families and the community. Education and Training I earned my Doctor of Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh and completed my undergraduate studies at Pennsylvania State University. I completed my internship at West Penn Hospital and my residency in Family Practice at Sacred Heart Hospital. Community & Charity Involvement I am involved in Dream Come True, a local grassroots charity that makes dreams come true for seriously, chronically, or terminally ill children. Personal Interests I enjoy painting, reading, gardening, art, and history.
