I tried to schedule an appointment on zocdoc. I was waiting for the virtual visit but For whatever reason the Drs office never sent emails or communicated with me. I called a couple different numbers to try to talk someone and no one answered.

I booked in a different state than she resides in and received an irritated text that I was late to my telehealth appointment, about an hour before it was scheduled as she was in a different time zone. She seemed angry about it until I said that I was 45 minutes early in the time zone in which the appointment was booked. She was advertised on my insurance's website as providing therapy, when I arrived to my appointment, she told me she did not, so we logged off. Our appointment lasted less than 10 minutes. A month later I received a bill from my insurance for hundreds. She had not submitted the information to my insurance and when I contacted my insurance, they said she was out of network, despite being advertised as in network on ZocDoc. I could not get into contact with her or the office. Today I received a second bill for the appointment (again in the hundreds) from the practice. Still can't get into contact with anyone and I have hundreds in bills for a 10 minute talk.

Linda was fantastic. It is extremely hard finding doctors that really sit and listen to you and who really want to help you get better. She adjusted my medication and I can say that it has really improved my mood. Happy I am finally getting back to myself after months of struggling.

If you are looking for a NP Linda was amazing, she listened to me and I actually felt heard and understood. She did not judge my situation at all and was very great at addressing my concerns with my health. She started me on a treatment plan that has really made a change in my life. I cant thank her enough and look forward to the next time I see her.
