Dr. Linda Nkongchu, owner of TBH, is a Board Certified and dedicated Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in Washington DC and Maryland. She holds a Doctorate in Family Psychiatric Nursing and a Master's in Nursing from the University of South Alabama, a Bachelor's degree from Western Governors University, and an Associate's degree from Howard Community College. With more than a decade of diverse experience in psychiatric and mental health treatment-including inpatient, outpatient, and community settings-Dr. Nkongchu is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care. We offer a variety of comprehensive mental health services to adults and adolescents residing in Maryland, either in-person or online from the comfort of your own home. We are dedicated to your mental health recovery and strive to provide fast, exceptional care tailored to your needs.

What should a new client know about working with you?

We can help you with depression, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD/ADD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and other common emotional and behavioral health disorders. At Tas behavioral health we partner with each individual to understand the whole person and their unique situation and to treat each individual rather than treating a disease. Our strong therapeutic relationships and expert treatments, will help you recover from mental health and be successful even in the most challenging and complex environment or stressor.

Our treatment plans are collaborative & may involve medication management &/or psychotherapy & so much more. The benefit is comprehensive, and individualized care that fosters personal growth, healing, and positive transformation.
