She incorporates evidence-based nutrition and stays up to date on emerging research. She also understands that our current nutrition and dietary landscape can be confusing and overwhelming. She seeks to make nutrition understandable and enjoyable and leave you equipped to navigate it with confidence. In her free time, Lindsay can be found playing with her adorable labradoodle, making trips to the farmer’s market, trying new recipes, doing pilates or taking her pup for a walk or a run. When adventures take her outside of the city, she loves to travel and get into nature!
