What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with individuals struggling with trauma, PTSD, addiction, depression, and anxiety, many of whom have spent a long time carrying difficult experiences on their own. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or alone in what you’re going through, even when surrounded by people who care about you. Therapy can be a place where you don’t have to carry everything by yourself. My hope is that you feel genuinely seen and understood as we work together toward healing, greater self-understanding, and a stronger sense of safety within yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and depth-oriented. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences and relationships may be influencing your present while building greater emotional awareness, regulation, and a stronger sense of safety and connection. It can be difficult to reach out, especially when you’ve grown accustomed to carrying things on your own. You deserve a space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported without judgment. If you feel we may be a good fit, I’d be glad to meet you where you are and begin this work together.
