About Lindsay Oosterhouse

She is focused on the importance of nutrition knowledge and creating sustainable health goals that last a life time. Lindsay considers the whole person. She attempts to understand your personal lifestyle and goals that will work for you and your future. She believes all foods can fit into a healthy diet and can help you balance your choices. The first session with me will focus on getting to know you and your lifestyle. This will include several assessment questions such as eating patterns and habits, food choices and cravings, sleeping habits, activity, and more! We will begin to create a plan that works best for you!
