The mission of Live Smarter Nutrition & Wellness is to optimize the health and wellness of each individual through the integration of nutrition with pure, safe, effective non-toxic personal and home care choices. Live Smarter Nutrition & Wellness is a multi-service healthcare practice located in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, within The Health Club at Southpointe. Registered, Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist Lindsay Schmitz, who holds a Master's in Sports Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen, specializes in weight management, disease prevention, plant-forward eating, maternal, infant and childhood nutrition, sports dietetics, and non-toxic living. Lindsay will help you understand how to live a healthier life by choosing whole, nourishing food, encouraging movement, and ridding your home and personal care products of toxic chemicals. Our negative behavior choices affect our health, leading to obesity, clogged arteries, sore joints, and the list goes on. How do we respond? We watch what we eat, exercise, and avoid smoking.
