Psychologist
NY
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself and explore what may be difficult, confusing, or weighing on you. I have experience working with individuals at all stages of life who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, stress, life transitions, and family or relationship challenges. Whether you are dealing with a specific concern or simply feel stuck and want to better understand yourself, therapy can be an opportunity to slow down, gain perspective, and create meaningful change. My approach is rooted in attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and psychoanalysis. I believe our past experiences and relationships can influence how we see ourselves and connect with others. Together, we can explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion and work toward a deeper understanding of yourself. I see therapy as a collaborative process. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you feel more connected to yourself, and support you in building greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and confidence as you move through life.
