Lindsay Webster, PA-C

Physician Assistant
10479 NC Hwy 109, Ste 107-A, Winston-Salem, NC
An injury I suffered shaped my perspective on healthcare and prompted my interest in pursuing it as a career. I decided on my specialty after tearing my ACL while playing soccer and seeing firsthand the impact skilled, patient-centered staff could have on a patient's recovery. That experience led me to begin my path in athletic training with a focus on helping athletes return to peak function. During college, my goals evolved as I gained broader clinical exposure and a deeper understanding of healthcare needs beyond athletics. This shift became more meaningful as I watched my grandmother navigate late-stage multiple sclerosis, an experience that illustrated the importance of comprehensive, long-term care for diverse patient populations. These experiences led me to pursue a career as a physician assistant. Being a PA allows me to integrate my foundation in musculoskeletal medicine with a broader commitment to caring for patients across all stages of life. My approach to medicine is rooted in whole-person care. I look beyond individual symptoms and strive to understand each patient in the context of their overall physical, emotional and social well-being. I treat everyone with respect, and I prioritize building trust through compassionate, patient-centered care. Health is deeply influenced by social and economic factors, and I make a conscious effort to consider these influences, which means I can provide more thoughtful, equitable and effective care tailored to each individual. Outside medicine, I value experiences that broaden my perspective and keep me grounded. Those include traveling and immersing myself in new cultures, which has deepened my appreciation for cultural differences. Photography, another hobby, allows me to capture meaningful moments and express my creativity. Most importantly, I prioritize spending quality time with my family and my dogs; both are sources of great fulfillment.
