Lindsey Klein, RD

Dietitian

Clients can expect ?a-ha? moments during our sessions. They can leave with actionable ?to-do's? that serve as stepping stones toward achieving their long-term goals. They will leave our sessions with their heads less scrambled and with more clarity than before. I focus on eating disorders, disordered eating, sports nutrition, and weight management. I have been working in the nutrition field for 10 years and have been a dietitian for about 3 years. I earned my Bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics from Long Island University. In addition to my interest in nutrition, I am passionate about movement and have taught both group classes and private lessons as a certified Pilates instructor for the past 9 years. I was inspired to become an RD when I needed nutrition counseling during my competitive figure skating days. My RD was warm, empathetic, and gave me much-needed clarity. Throughout my different professional experiences, I was exposed to several nutrition philosophies. I created my private practice out of a desire to hone in on what I feel is an ethical, evidence-based, balanced, and compassionate nutrition philosophy. When I'm not counseling clients, you can find me on the ice, figure skating, which has been a huge part of my life since I was a child. If you hear a bark during our sessions, that would be my 1-year-old micro golden-doodle, Finley, begging for my attention.
