What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer personalized treatment for each patient, believing in an integrative approach to mental health care. This method takes into account the whole person, addressing not only their emotional well-being but also their physical and social health. By focusing on the root causes of mental health challenges, I incorporate factors like diet, exercise, and lifestyle when making a diagnosis. In crafting treatment plans, I take into account the patient’s unique goals, values, and life circumstances. These plans often combine traditional medicine, education, and supportive psychotherapy. I truly enjoy guiding patients on their journey to better health

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During the first visit, I spend about 45–60 minutes with each patient, depending on their needs. This initial appointment includes a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation that also considers physical health factors. Together, we develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, lifestyle recommendations, therapy referrals, lab work, or additional testing if appropriate. My goal is always to create a plan that fits each patient’s unique needs. Follow-up visits are typically 20–30 minutes. During these appointments, we review progress, address any concerns, assess medication effectiveness, and continue exploring underlying causes of symptoms. I believe strongly in giving my patients a voice, and we work collaboratively to find the best, most personalized path forward for their care.

I have been with Lindsey for over 5 years. She does amazing work- she works WITH her clients, not AT them. She does an amazing job of finding solutions to isssues and truly caring about what is in their best interest and treatment plan rather than just writing prescriptions and hoping for the best.
