Getting to know Lindsey Tatum

If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with depression, caught in a cycle of racing thoughts, trauma, ADHD symptoms, or feeling like you've lost the version of yourself you want to be, you're not alone. Reaching out for help isn't always easy, and I'm truly glad you're here. I'm Lindsey Tatum, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing telehealth psychiatric care for adults and adolescents. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, adjustment disorders, PMDD, womens and mens health concerns, ADHD, Opioid Use Disorder (including Suboxone treatment), Alcohol Use Disorder, and other mental health concerns. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. While medication management is an important part of my practice, I believe the best outcomes come from understanding the whole person—not just treating symptoms. Together, we'll explore what's contributing to how you're feeling, discuss treatment options, and create a plan that fits your goals, lifestyle, and values. I want you to understand why we're making treatment decisions so you feel informed and confident every step of the way. Our appointments are conversations, not rushed checklists. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, respected, and supported, with a clear understanding of your treatment plan and practical next steps. I encourage questions, self-reflection, and active participation because lasting progress happens when we work together. I believe mental health care should be a partnership built on trust, honesty, and compassion. Whether this is your first time seeking treatment or you're looking for a provider who takes the time to truly listen, I'm committed to helping you move toward lasting wellness and become the healthiest version of yourself.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
