“I did all the pre-appointment paperwork online, got called into an office and had my vitals taken by a nurse practitioner who asked me some basic questions, then the dr came in and went thru her list of questions and got some basic stuff down, then i brought up more specific concerns. got referred to a bunch of in network specialists, got my bloodwork done and an EKG by the nurse practitioner, i was nervous getting blood drawn so another staff member came to talk to me lol shoutout to her. i got started on meds TODAY and everything was super seamless and timely. god bless ”

“It was amazing. Once you came in, the front desk was really welcoming and checked me and my mother in. The providers and the MA were really nice and welcoming too. They knew what they were doing and always prepared us for what was going to happen. Overall, we had such a great experience at Revive. We would definitely recommend Revive to our friends and family who are looking for a PCP. ”

The provider called me and left a message to call back. So i did with in two minutes of the original call and i left a message since no one answered. NO one ever called me back and i never got a follow up call.

The provider’s office waited until the scheduled time of my appointment to inform me that they do not offer the treatment I had specifically requested in the notes section when booking. This was extremely unprofessional and inconvenient, as I should have been notified prior to my appointment that they were unable to accommodate my request. Instead, I was left scrambling to find another provider who could address my health concern. This could have easily been avoided with proper communication beforehand. I’m very disappointed with how this was handled and with my overall experience.

Amazing staff, I really felt seen and they made it very comfortable. As a hospital employee myself I know that sometimes it’s hard to give a patient enough attention. I really appreciated all the time I received and really talking about my concerns.
