The provider called me and left a message to call back. So i did with in two minutes of the original call and i left a message since no one answered. NO one ever called me back and i never got a follow up call.

The provider’s office waited until the scheduled time of my appointment to inform me that they do not offer the treatment I had specifically requested in the notes section when booking. This was extremely unprofessional and inconvenient, as I should have been notified prior to my appointment that they were unable to accommodate my request. Instead, I was left scrambling to find another provider who could address my health concern. This could have easily been avoided with proper communication beforehand. I’m very disappointed with how this was handled and with my overall experience.
