She was nice but not the best listener and waited after the app went well over time to the very end to let me know she would not be prescribing the medication that I made the appointment for in the first place the whole reason I needed help for my ADHD, wish she had let me know a lot sooner so that we did not waste each other‘s time. I think she could’ve done a better job.

my clinician is always a minimum of 20 minutes late (sometimes up to an hour), which is frustrating when i need to get back to work.

it took several minutes to finally get set up as it's not stated which zoom app to use, & i didn't have proper app. however, once we got up, & going, appointment went well.
