Dr. Ball was great! I'm excited to finally have a primary care doctor who listens and makes me feel comfortable and heard. She has a great personality and made the effort to get the most out of our 15 minute appointment, making a point to ask personal questions and get to know me. Office staff was pleasant but not particularly personable.

The front office staff was friendly. Jesse, the MA, was efficient and roomed me on time. Dr. Ball was fantastic! She listened to me, thoroughly documented, and coordinated my care for multiple conditions in less than an hour.
