About Lisa Buckley

I have worked in varied settings including outpatient oncology, inpatient at several hospitals, WIC, Long Term Care, staff nutritionist at my alma mater and staff dietitian at a physician's office. I really enjoy working in private practice as I get to really connect with my patients. The best part is getting to witness first hand the power of education and how they apply it to their health journey. My approach to care varies depending on what my patients need. We are all individuals and respond differently to people. I do encourage and welcome questions and conversation. Together we will set expectations because this is your journey and I am here to help guide, educate and support you where ever you are and where you want to go. You can expect a lot of conversation. I really like to dive in to really get to know you, your habits and your strengths because we all have them! Understanding each other is a key component of connection. I have been known to lean on humor at times to break the ice a bit.
