Had a little trouble explaining that my insurance pays out of network care and took a bit for them to verify and make sure they would be paid but honestly it was the best gyn apt ive had. The NP has the best bedside manner and very friendly. Made me feel welcome and comfortable. They were fast at rooming and seeing parients. The girl rooming patients, super sweet! I will go back!

I found out I was Pregnant & needed a OB Dr. I made An appt 3.5 weeks out. They waited until the day before my appointment to call and tell me the dr is not delivering babies anymore so I would Have to find a new Dr. they made it sound like I had To cancel my appt. So I called Back to see if I could still come to my original appt and the lady kept repeating herself. All I wanted To know was if I could Still come to my appt. It was very unprofessional of them to wait until last minute. I’m pregnant & very emotional. The only thing I wanted Was for someone to make me feel like it was gonna be ok & that they could at least be apologetic. the lady was un apologetic. the nurse was very nice and caring!!!!! She was awesome and made me feel so good! The Dr on the other hand barely spoke English so I could Not understand almost anything he said. My ultra sound an appt felt extremely rushed. Something was wrong with the ultra sound outside of my sack and I needed More info. Was disappointed ??

Lisa Cara was an awesome NP to see. She gave a good explanation of the different providers in the building that I could potentially see in the future. I came in for a routine annual appointment and also to discuss pregnancy planning. She was very informative and answered every question I had about getting off of birth control, prenatal supplements, appointment timelines after conception, and information about how my husband and I could increase our chances of getting pregnant. I currently do not have children so this was all new to me and she was extremely helpful. She had great bedside manner and was so kind. Outside of Lisa, the other staff were kind and efficient. The office was clean and getting signed in was very straightforward. Overall I am very pleased with my experience! Would recommend to others.
