Lisa Falcon, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of nursing experience and a strong background in behavioral health. Raised in the Tampa Bay area, Lisa has always felt a strong connection to her community and has long been drawn to the field of psychiatry and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She specializes in ADHD, depression, substance use disorders, crisis intervention, mood disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Her clinical experience includes outpatient psychiatry, detox and addiction treatment, crisis stabilization, inpatient care, and nursing education. Lisa believes the best mental health care is collaborative. She incorporates supportive psychotherapy into visits when appropriate and values shared decision-making, taking time to discuss treatment options, goals, concerns, and preferences with each patient. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she works together with her patients to create individualized treatment plans that feel realistic, evidence-based, and personally meaningful. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time near the water, boating, traveling, and enjoying Florida life. She also enjoys teaching and mentoring future nurses and values kindness, connection, humor, and making people feel comfortable. She brings that same approachable style into her practice and strives to create a space where patients feel heard, respected, and genuinely involved in their care.
