I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and adults. I treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, and other psychiatric concerns. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Valparaiso University, where I gained valuable experience working as both an intensive care and psychiatric nurse. I later pursued my Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health at the University of St. Francis.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am committed to providing holistic, individualized care that recognizes each patient as an active collaborator in the treatment process. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to achieve meaningful and lasting improvements in their mental health and overall well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first visit, I take time to get to know you and understand your story. We’ll review your medical, psychiatric, and social history, talk about the symptoms or concerns that brought you in, and discuss what you hope to achieve both in the short term and long term. Whether you're looking for medication management, someone to help you navigate a difficult time, or simply a supportive space to talk things through, I’m here to meet you where you are. I believe treatment works best when we work together, and my goal is to help you feel better and become the best version of yourself.
