I also hold a Bachelor’s degree from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Master’s degree from Loma Linda University. I strongly believe that health is not merely the absence or presence of disease but is composed of physical, psychological, emotional, social, and spiritual components. I take a collaborative approach with my clients by creating individualized treatment plans tailored to their personal needs. My approach includes diagnostic evaluations and screening tools, utilizing both pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions. What should a new client know about working with you?

My passion is to help those suffering from mental disorders and use evidence based research in my treatment plan. I approach each interaction with warmth, trust and empathy in order to build a therapeutic relationship. I combine medication management and psychotherapy to help clients achieve joy and fulfillment in life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our initial evaluation we will review the findings of the screening tools and then we will discuss plan of care with the utilization of both pharmacological and non- pharmacological medications such as natural supplements . I am a firm believer of treating the whole person through diet, exercise, meditation, mindfulness for optimal well-being. Follow up in 4 weeks.
