I saw Dr. Persaud as a new patient and I look forward to seeing her again as my PCP. She is attentive, knowledgeable, thorough, and a good listener. She addressed all my needs and made me feel heard. My experience with Dr. Persaud has been nothing short of excellent. Dr. Persaud was thorough with my examination, and very friendly and accommodating; I felt at ease and incredibly comfortable discussing my concerns.
She provided exemplary advice on how to manage any issues that I was dealing with, and made me feel like I was speaking to someone who actually cared, which is incredibly important as a medical provider -- and I cannot stress this last point enough in how significant this is.
I am more than happy that I chose to go with Dr. Persaud as my PCP -- and I highly recommend to anyone searching for a provider to book an appointment with her office.

I was referred to Dr. Persaud by my coworker. And the way my coworker described Dr. Persaud’s compassion for her patients is spot on. Dr. Persaud is very attentive to what her patient’s concerns are. As a typical procrastinator I’ve avoided going to the doctor for quite some time but after leaving my visit I was left wondering why I waited so long. Very pleasant experience for my annual appointment and was extremely grateful for the clear communication, I look forward to my future visits!

I was searching for a new primary care physician (pcp) and was happy I found Dr Persaud on ZocDoc. Very pleasant experience from start to end. Unlike past doctor’s appointments: long wait, lots of paperwork, rushed visit. This was the complete opposite: short wait, easy paperwork, really pleasant staff. Dr Persaud was thorough, caring, attentive and thoughtful. I wasn’t rushed through my appointment with her, she took the time to talk with me and explain things. Felt completely at ease and comfortable. I left Dr Persaud’s homely practice feeling pleased I finally found the right primary care physician for me - A+++

Very Knowledgeable, she initiated tests based on symptoms I'm having that other doctors (I feel) may have overlooked or reasoned tests were not appropriate. I feel this is because she thoroughly listens. She followed up! She asked questions, many questions! I felt comfortable in her care. With that being said I have walked into doctors offices, have them review my symptoms walk out the room and the nurse come in to discharge me never listened to my chest or heart, look at me, palpate my stomach, look at my skin etc, prescribe me a medication without considering the contraindications, she asked questions that may questioned the appropriateness of being prescribed something. I have been prescribed many different types of medications that did not work for me and a doctor basically call me non-compliant, make me feel I was the problem for not following directions. I will not continue to take a medication that is causing more side effects than is beneficial. I feel confident with her care.

Dr. Persaud was really amazing, and so smart! I had been feeling unwell for a while before I visited and she really took the time to listen to all my symptoms/concerns and let me know why she thought it could or couldn't be certain issues.
