As a Registered (RD) and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN), I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree at Purdue University in Dietetics and Nutrition Fitness and Health. I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and specialize in menu planning for all disease states along with a strong focus on health and wellness. As a Dietitian, I feel that nutritional education is vital to achieve and maintain success. I have worked as a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist for over 16 years.
